Ronan redid our home when we purchased it. He has an incredible eye for detail and an artistic lens. Once we got to know him, we were more than comfortable trusting him with most every decision and by the end of the project, completely deferred to him to design for the den, dining room, and fireplace. He’s committed and passionate about his work. Can’t recommend him enough.

On time work, great quality, got the job done ahead of schedule. I was traveling on and off island, and I was thinking of doing some of this work myself and having Ronan's group handle the rest. It included repairs such as a replacement window, and a total cottage renovation. At least twice I told them "if you can get this done this week, fine, otherwise I can handle it this weekend". Each time, I'd show up, and the job was not only done but they had moved on to the next phase. The quality of work was solid, and the overall job got done ahead of schedule and on budget which was reasonable. This was a small/medium size job that many contractors on island won't look at. Some of the quality of work was way beyond what I expected...for instance installing shiplap in an old structure and taking the time to adjust the shiplap thickness to result in a glass-smooth surface. On a small job you often won't get 'Island Quality' work but I sure did.

I had an excellent experience working with Ronan Bradley builders on my remodel here in Nantucket. From 2 new bathrooms,all new windows,trim including a new patio and full interior. He and his crew where amazing.

Ronan has been terrific at all the jobs that he’s done at our home. From putting in multiple windows to getting very creative in our kitchen corner cabinets with a very efficient space “lazy susan” style cabinet.
